I am a retail manager and have 2 wonderful sons. They love to eat and I love to cook for them when I have the time. I've always been told I should open a restaurant because my cooking is so good. I'd love to but I value family time and I know I couldn't commit to the business that would need a lot of time to do so and be successful. I love to cook when I have the time. My favorite thing is to have a group of friends over and to make a meal that knocks thier socks off. All I need is a "YUMMMMM" and I'm happy. Almost anything. I love fish, chicken and seafood. I love trying something new. I guess one of my favorite things to make would be appetizers. Making a 5 course meal for a group of 5 couples for New Years Eve. We had 5 different appetizers, 2 different soups, a basic salad, Prime Rib w/ King Crab legs, 2 typs of potaotes, 2 veggies, bread, and 2 different desserts. ALL made by me and by scratch. They loved it and I love making it for them. Making a Tuna Casserole for my "husband to be". He hated it. I followed the recipe exactly but it turned out horrible. Way to much celery. NOW I take pride in my Tuna casseroel because I know its out of this world!!
