I lovvvvvvvvvvved this! I did use the fresh garlic and I think that's what gives it a little more kick. The red pepper made it taste fresh and exciting. I'll definitely make this when I have company. It's so easy! Thanks for sharing!!!

Simple, fast and tasty! It's foolproof too. I made it for my neighbours and the wife, who is a petite, small eater, kept helping herself to seconds and thirds. I think I'll make two of these at a time in the future; the first one barely fed us. Thank goodness I had other food on the table. I added sauteed red peppers for a little colour and I think I'm going to add some sauteed mushrooms and more onions as well. Thanks for the terrific recipe!
