Old Fashioned Onion Rings
These are very good. I used previous suggestions and did the first two steps in a gallon zip bag. I also used Panko bread crumbs which made the most difference I think. They had wonderful crunch, and I did 2 medium onions. The kids even loved them.

Pumpkin Dip
Very good recipe. I always get asked to share the recipe when I take it to a party. I usually leave out the OJ concentrate, and it is still great! It is also easily made a day or two ahead with good results. I usually serve it with gingersnap cookies and place the dip in a small hallowed out pumpkin.

Instant Pistachio Salad
quick, easy, and delicious. I used SF/FF jello, and lite whipped topping. YUM!
