Country Apple Dumplings
These were awesome!! I would just quarter the apples next time, though. This recipe was exactly what I was looking for.

Super Duper Easy Apple Cake
This cake was awesome! I used canned apples in water and used the juice from the can for part of the water for the cake mix. I put chopped walnuts on the bottom of my Bundt pan and poured the batter over. Glazed with mixture of powdered sugar, cinnamon and apple juice. Was a big hit!

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs
This chicken was really, really good. I also doubled the dry ingredients and used an egg wash first. I omitted the salt because I only add salt at the table, if then. The chicken was very tender and it tastes good cold too. I will definetly make again. Oh, I also added garlic powder and lemon pepper just because I like those things. Very easy and great tasting recipe. I'll use it often. Oh, I almost forgot...I used crushed up captain wafer crackers because I had no bread crumbs. I will use those in the future also, because I liked it how it was. Thank you.
