Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs
This chicken was really, really good. I also doubled the dry ingredients and used an egg wash first. I omitted the salt because I only add salt at the table, if then. The chicken was very tender and it tastes good cold too. I will definetly make again. Oh, I also added garlic powder and lemon pepper just because I like those things. Very easy and great tasting recipe. I'll use it often. Oh, I almost forgot...I used crushed up captain wafer crackers because I had no bread crumbs. I will use those in the future also, because I liked it how it was. Thank you.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars
I almost followed the original recipe. Wished I'd have followed it completely. The bars were very good except I made them in a 11x7 pan instead of the 13x9 pan. They were too thick and gooey. Next time I will follow directions...my bad. Excellent flavor but I didn't like the texture. I'll give it another shot, the right way.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
These were excellent!! I love tangy and vinegary food and these really hit the spot. I also shredded the chicken. I didn't use oregano but, I did add cumin and chili powder. Because the recipe is so easy, I'll be making it alot. Thanks!
