Unbelievable Fish Batter
We thought this was WAAAAY too thick, even when adding 1/4 cup water, as suggested above. For some reason it was not "thinly-coated and crispy", but thick-coated with more batter than fish and somewhat greasy (even with the fat hot enough).

Bread Pudding
For me, this recipe also has too much custard to bread ratio. I added more bread and also some cinnamon. Love the sauce! Brown sugar instead of white for the sauce makes a wonderful dark, rich caramel.

David's Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great! The texture is perfect, slightly crispy and yet soft. The 4 1/2 cups of crispy rice yielded more than a cup of ground powdered cereal. For me, it made 4 dozen cookies.
