Ultra Easy Cream Cheese Dip
I used an electric beater, and added dill and onion powder. I love the simplicity and variability, but there's no way it should have that much milk. I used half and it was just right.

Chicken Noodle Casserole
Very tasty, but a TON of work. For a relatively simple chicken casserole you'll dirty four pots. That being said, I do like how it's made with a roux instead of junky processed canned soup. I used whole wheat egg noodles and added peas as well.

Eggplant Parmesan II
I don't understand how this recipe is so highly rated. It came out inedible, and I'm a good cook. Lots of work for a disappointing result. Oh well...
