Zucchini Cobbler
Excellent! I did as others said by using only brown sugar (and less of it), 1/2 oatmeal 1/2 flour, 1 cup of butter and only put the crumble on the top of two pie plates.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Wow!! Used panko bread crumbs and parsley flakes. Simply amazing. The kids even loved it (sweet and crunchy topping? what's not to love?)
