Cabbage Rolls

This was my first time making cabbage rolls. These turned out really good if you follow the recipe. This recipe has enough room to experiment with the filling and sauce.

This was the first time I have made a cheesecake. Mine cracked and fell, but after reading other reviews I know what I did wrong. Other than that the cake is awesome! 5 stars for the recipe, 1 star for my skill. I will keep trying.

Spritz Cookies II

I didn't care for these cookies. There seems to be something missing from the recipe. I found the dough odd to work with, it is sticky, and the cookies lacked flavor.

Maple Cookies

very good cookies. when they first come out of the oven, the maple flavor is faint. the longer the cookies set, the better the maple taste. would like to find a recipe for maple frosting for these will definatly make again!
