Sweet Pork Chops
I'm sorry -- this was a throw away. I followed the instructions except for leaving out some of the flour (the sauce was like gum!) Everyone thought it was awful; the one time the kids get to have dessert w/ no dinner.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I was disappointed when I made this. It was cheesy, but almost too much so. I would like to experiment with using green onions instead and swapping some sour cream for some of the cheese. It was a bit too rich.
