Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas
This meal was quick and easy to make. I served it with grape tomatoes with scallions tossed with lemon, cilantro and some cayenne pepper and salt. It was like eating at a restaurant. I think that you need more than 20 ounces of
green enchilada sauce. It is definitely a do again meal!
