The Best Meatballs
I have to say these were great. I added the olive oil to the mix, misreading, but added less. That and the water made the difference. Incredibly moist and delicious. Will have to apply this technique to turkey meatballs and burger patties.

Barbie's Tuna Salad
I am now forced to eat tuna, as I am trying to eat healthy. To me,tuna really smells fishy, although albacore is much better than chunk light, so it is a challenge to eat it.This recipe was great, however. We all liked it in my family-even the non tuna eaters (ever) liked it. Not at all fishy. Had tuna melts and will make sandwiches tomorrow.I suggest everyone else who wants to cut fat, try nayonaise (soy based substitute). It does not change the flavor in the recipe barely(there's some dijon in it, too)-I know as I tried it both ways. I prefer salt to sweet so I used dill pickles instead of sweet relish and probably used half the mayo-nayo portion. My husband liked it very much.
