Coconut Ambrosia Salad

SorrY We did not like this!! To much coconut and marshmellows. I remade it using Greek yogurt( which is like sour cream but healthy) Fruit cocktail . no milk

Sauerbraten I

OMG!!!!!!!!! I made a german feast and this was great!! Imarinaded for 5 day and stuck it all in crock pot and put on low for 8 hours! Did add 3/4 cup ginner snaps and the sour cream. Made wth spaetzel, potato pancakes, red cabbage and rye bread. Better than any German restaurant I havr been to. THANK YOU!!!!!

Carrot Rice

This is a great side dish!!I did use Jasmine rice and I also used beef broth instead of water and cooked the rice in a rice steamer.Imade it with Beef tenderloin with ginger - shitake brown butter and sweet and spicy green beans fron this site! It was all sooo good!!!

Beef Tenderloin with Ginger-Shiitake Brown Butter

Very Good! Followed exactly!! Mirim is rice cooking wine and you get it in the grocery store. Also used a good saki and drank the rest with dinner.I did add the juices of the meat in the sauce. Next time I will put the meat on the grill and maybe add fresh chopped scallians instead of chives. I also served with carrot rice and sweet and spicy green beans from this site. Made a great meal!!

I love garlic but im not sure about this.It was thin and I added 4 times the amount of potatoes.not sure if I will try again. If I do I would add more potatoes and a little less garlic. maybe a half cup. thanks

Cumin-Coriander Pork Rub

I have never been the 1st to try a recipe. I am always waiting for others.. I am soooo glad I did not pass this one up. DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Followed recipe and generously put on country ribs. I added some fresh lime juice and a little olive oil. I did marinated overnite and then put it on the grill. Thank you for sharing!!!!!!!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Very good! I did make a few changes. I used sweet sausage and just added a couple of more pepper flakes.1 can of whole tomatoes. which I just squish with my hands. I also added a chopped carrotand lots of locatelli cheese. Locatelli is a type of romamo cheese. Thanks

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

My husband and I both thought this is one of the best recipes I got off this site. I did add more garlic. I used whole tomatoes in a can and chopped them. I also used a whole bag of baby spinch leaves.Also added pine nuts!!! DELICIOUS!!!! THANKYOU!!!!
