Bread Machine Cardamom Bread

I used 2 tsp. freshly ground cardamon seeds which gave it a nice aromatic but not overwhelming flavor - very good texture and taste.

Wine Jelly

Wonderful!!... I pour the jelly in wine glasses and seal it with parrifin wax to give as gifts. The presentation is lovely.

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

Awesome! I added Herbs from Provence and dredged the chicken in flour before cooking. I also thickened the sauce with corn starch and added added lemon juice. Served with angel hair pasta...It was restaurant quality!
