Amish Breakfast Casserole
Delicious! This was my first breakfast casserole I've ever attempted to make. I took others advice and cooked the bacon in strips and then crumbled and layered the hashbrowns in the bottom of the pan, increased the eggs to 10 and did not add the onion, since my family doesn't like onion. I assembled the night before and cooked it on Christmas morning for about 50 mins. I will make this again.

Hearty Turkey Stew with Vegetables
This turned out exactly how I thought it would. Great recipe for leftover turkey. I used leftover Christmas turkey, added 4 T flour, 4 C broth (made from the turkey), only 1 onion, 1/2 tsp of poultry seasoning, 1 tsp. of basil and pepper to taste. I did not use the majoram. Next time I will thicken just slightly more b/c we like a thicker stew. Very delicious! Thanks for sharing....

Fluffy Biscuits
These biscuits turned out terrific! I have never had much luck making biscuits, but based on others comments, I decided to try the recipe and am very glad I did. This is definitely a recipe I will make again. I took the suggestions of others and used half butter and half shortening.
