Terri's Veal Marsala
This receipe was excellent! Thanks for sharing. I added 8 oz. of Gourmet mushrooms after I browned the veal, left it in to simmer with the liquids and veal. Couldn't ask for tastier Veal Marsala.

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
My husband and I liked this very much, we do not feel it taste like crab cakes. You have to squeeze out the excess moisture out of the zucchini before mixing with other ingredients other wise you get mush. Also the receipe doesn't say to use flawored bread crumbs. Not very good with plain breadcrumbs. Very good way to use excess zucchini.

Blueberry Gingerbread
We loved this, not too spicy, moist and tasty. I used Jersey Blueberries in season. They were so big that I used more then the recipe called for. I also left off the additional sugar. It really wasn't needed. Thanks for sharing this with us. It was great!!!!!!!!
