Barbeque Pork Two Ways
This was amazing. I made the mistake of grabbing a bone-in pork roast at the market but that bone just added to the flavor. I also mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl first, poured a bit into the crockpot and THEN put the pork in. I couldn't find my mincer so I just chopped the garlic very very fine and threw it in with the rest of the ingredients. Then I poured the rest of the bowl all over the pork roast. I let it cook on low for about 6 hours and it just fell off the bone.

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham
I made this last night for New Year's Eve when we were having about 20 people over. I followed the recipe exactly as written and it was FABULOUS!! There was nothing left and people were asking for the recipe. Putting it in the oven bag really keeps it moist. Really delicious.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
I made these for a few people coming over for a SuperBowl party. I kept to the recipe exactly. Not only were there none left, but I didn't even get to taste one because everyone ate them and were then yelling for more. I was out of wings at that point and know now that these must be made again very soon. Absolutely delcious!
