Authentic, No Shortcuts, Louisiana Red Beans and Rice
My Crock pot must be smaller than most because i could only use 4 cups of water, after adding the ingredients. I didn't really change anything except the andouille sausage. I remember the last time i ate this sausage it was like eating a lit match!!!(just a little too hot for me) so i used smoked sausage and kielbasa. Turned out great!!!

Frogmore Stew
Not a seafood eater so i omitted the shrimp and added chicken. Kept everything else the same and it was awesome!!!!. Will make again and again Thanks

Sweet and Sour Green Beans
Great!!!! A favorite. Made a few changes. Used frozen green beans because I hate the canned taste. Used balsamic vinegar insted of apple cider vinegar and added some white wine. also since im an ex-smoker(after 17 years) I need alitle more seasonings for my taste so I used Seasoned salt and a few dashes of garlic powder. AWSOME This has become a much requested family favorite.
