Candy Coated Pecans
I've been making these nuts for years. I've never beaten the egg white until stiff just until foamy. I bake at 350 for one hour stirring every 15 minutes. They come out perfect every time.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
Once you figure out the right amount of cooking time for your particular microwave this recipe is the easiest thing you will ever make. A few suggestions to help make it easier: use a glass measuring cup with a handle, a silicone spatula, have everything ready. That means all ingredients measured, surface ready to pour it on and hot water to put your equipment in when your done.
