Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These cookies are excellent. I seperated the dough into 36 balls and popped them in the freezer for 30 minutes. This made them firm enough to bake in perfect circles of chocately goodness. I cooked until they just started to brown and them came out beautifully. Great recipe.
