Peanut Butter Eggs II
These were absolutely delicious! I used a coverture chocolate along with semisweet chocolate for the coating and it was perfect.

Megan's Granola
This granola was perfect. The sweetness was right, the flavour was excellent and it was nicely crunchy. I added a cup of unsweetened, shredded coconut as well and it was terrific. I just realized that I forgot to add the oil and it turned out great without it.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These tasted great - I wasn't sure about the crumble on top but I only added a little and it really enhanced the overall flavour. Very nice muffin.
