I have been cooking dinners since I was in seventh grade. My father passed away, so my mother had to work. There was eleven of us (kids), and my mom. I love to make Italian foods. My favorite dishes are Lasagna, My own Spaghetti Sauce, Fried Spaghetti (which my dad taught me how to make), and Baked Spaghetti. Cooking for my brothers, sisters and my mom day after day and they're still around to talk about it!! JK There are no cooking tragedies, just mistakes and learning experiences!!!!
