Best Bread Machine Bread

Amazing bread!..rose to the top! we've been using the bread machine recipe and this is sooo much better! Trying a loaf now w/ white wheat and bread flour. Hope it turns out as well!

Excellent bread especially since I have never made French bread. Super Easy recipe..I did not use the bread maker...Used my KA mixer instead and it worked perfectly. I have my 2nd batch of the day in the oven now! I also used ice in the oven while baking! Highly recommend this recipe!

Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

Amazing!!...I only had plain toffee bits so I added chocolate chips...Mine looked good too, should have taken a pic...They are a bit crumbly though...the kids loved them too!

Basil Tomato Soup

Excellent! I just happened to pick up crushed tomatoes tonight, then found this recipe. Luckily, I had most of the other ingredients as well. So easy and that gives it extra points in my book. I used half & half and only used 1/2 the butter. A keeper for sure!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

I think this is probably the BEST chocolate cake I have ever made and eaten!!!...I did up the cocoa to 1 cup per other reviewers suggestions. Also, ran out of regular cocoa so the frosting had 1/2 reg cocoa and 1/2 Hershey's special dark cocoa...AMAZING!!! This is exactly the same recipe on the Hershey Cocoa box

Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

These are soooo good!....and so very easy!!...I made 2 batches...1 as is and the other I added pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and a little sugar...YUM for both! next time I will cut down on the salt a little!

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

This recipe is EXCELLENT!! I was nervous about using 2% milk but used it anyway. It turned out great, did not get icy at all!...Leftover was still good too and not icy...Tastes wonderful!!! Everyone loved it!! I doubled the recipe and it still didn't fill my ice cream maker. Using this recipe to make plain vanilla today...hope it's as good!...TRY IT YOU'LL LOVE IT!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

AWESOME!!! these are the best EVER...made them exactly as written...I was able to make 11 muffins. There was lots of topping, but I used it all anyway!...These are so light and fluffy! I may cut down on the butter next time as the bottom of muffin pan was full of butter. The papers were a bit greasy but the muffins were not greasy at all...I'm thinking about making them again tonight!

Bev's Orange Chicken

This was good, not great only because we aren't big fans of chicken thighs. Will try again with chicken breast...Very easy though. I did let mine marinate in the juice mixture for several hours. I took the other suggestions and doubled the juice part so we could have a sauce with rice. The orange flavor was a nice change.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

This is my new favorite pumpkin pie! Delicious! & easy...I doubled the spices, by accident acutally. I think it would have been too bland if I didn't..I did not double the salt, just a little less than double...will make this again!

Mexican Casserole

YUM!! this is really good for a last minute dish. I only had refried black beans and flour tortillas so I used them..also, added a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes along with the regular tomatoes. Every thing else as listed...Add a dollop of sour cream to your serving and it's heavenly! This is a keeper!!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Oh My Gosh! I just made these for the 1st time. I will make these again for sure! They are terrific!! My friend just came in and tried some and raved about them too! I plan on frosting some and I'm sure they will be fabulous then! I even forgot to put in the vanilla.

Salsa Cube Steaks

What an easy recipe..All I did was season the meat per the recipe and poured salsa on top. Homemade salsa at that! I had some leftover rice and added it to the juice towards the end of cooking...Very good. My skeptical husband even liked it! will keep this one around.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

This is very easy & delicious! I didn't measure any of the seasonings. I seasoned the chicken first and put it in the oven on 425 for 15min while I prepared the potatoes. I seasoned potatoes, then added them to the chicken, lowered the temp back to on in recipe for another 45 min. I would have left it in the oven for a little longer to crisp it up, but my husband was in a hurry. It smells fabulous while cooking! It's a keeper!

yum, yum, yum! These were great! I left out the coconut for 2 reasons, did not have any and I don't like it...I melted chocolate chips for the drizzle part. Perfect! So easy too.

Chocolate Sauce

mmmm...mmm..delicious!...I have made this 2 times now...I used 1 C milk and added 1 T corn syrup, about 1/3 of my cocoa was "special dark"..it is perfect! It's wonderful over ice cream, in milk & in coffee! Super easy to make...The kids love it! So much better than store bought!

Black Magic Cake

Oh my GOSH...this really is the best chocolate cake ever!! I have made this 2 times now..The first time was the best. I did not have buttermilk when I made it the 2nd time so I used vinegar to sour the milk and it just didn't taste the same. So use the real thing!! Even my mother-in-law wants the recipe!! It's a keeper for sure!!
