Very easy and quick. The only complaint I have is the amount of bacon grease used. My husband thought it was great and had a slight steak taste, I thought it overpowered the clam flavor. I'm sure I'll make it again, I'll just adjust for my tastes, and reserve only a tablespoon of the grease.

These were great! Made them with the 'Ginger glazed Mahi Mahi' off this site. The potatoes were a hit. I didn't really measure anything, just eyeballed it all, but the combination of the roasted garlic and wasabi was really tasty, and I don't really even like wasabi. My hubby also approved, and he can be hard to please. Definitely a must try!!

I do like my cornbread sweet, but this wasn't anything special. I am still searching for that perfect recipe.
