Terrific recipe. It was easy, fast, and the flavors are great. I might have liked more cranberries, though I don't know if that would change the textures too much; maybe I will try a bit more cranberries next time. But--this is a keeper! The biscotti are great with tea.

This recipe is basically ok, but 3 tsp. salt and especially 3 tsp. black pepper is way too much! I cut out the salt entirely and added slightly less than a tsp. of pepper, but some in my family still thought it was too spicy. Other than that, though, we enjoyed it.
