Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

This came out quite nicely. I omitted the bacon, but the meat came out flavorful and moist. It was great to be able to free up my oven for other Thanksgiving dishes.

Apple Pecan Corn Bread Dressing

While I liked the flavor of this dressing, mine came out too dry. Perhaps it was because I halved it and maybe the proportions weren't right. If I try it again, I would definatley add more juice or broth to the stuffing.

Modenese Pork Chops

We didn't care for this much. The pork still came out tough and dry. The sauce that is made is very flavorful but couldn't make up for the chop itself.
