Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
Made this recipe just as written, with the one change of using a pressure cooker instead of a slow cooker. Required 25 minutes under "high" pressure, then allowed it to decompress naturally. Delicious!

Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Outstanding! As suggested by others I used half the sugar, and it was perfect. If possible use the very best raspberry vinegar you can find ... it makes a difference.

Potato Chips
Fantastic! Borrowing from others, I used parchment paper and olive oil spray. My wimpy microwave needed 7 minutes each batch, but it was well worth the wait.
