Tomato Basil Soup I
It is thin, almost water-ey, even with blending, it still had a thin, tomato sauce-like consistency. The bigger issue for me was the lack of deep, rich tomato flavor.

Baked Spaghetti
Made this for my daughter's water polo team. Several of the girls said they thought "yuck" when I said I was making spaghetti casserole, and then they tried it--every single one of them loved it! Not a bit left over!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
Yes, this really does deserve five stars! I served this on Christmas Eve--my family practically licked the bowl clean! You must try it!
