I didn't take time to read the reviews so made as directed. Half way through, I decided to dip a spoon in the sauce. Bitter and strong onion soup flavor, so I sweetened some more applesauce with brown sugar and mixed it in. It was very good.

I wouldn't agree that there is NO sugar in these, as the chopped dates are generally coated in sugar, commercial peanut butter has added sugar, and packaged coconut is usually sweetened. But they are excellent, and a much healthier choice than the traditional no bake cookies which have lots of butter & sugar in them.

Turkey Noodle Casserole

4 stars because I added a chopped Jalapeno, cayenne pepper, cumin, and paprika. Also threw in some fresh broccoli when the noodles were boiling. With the additions, it was a 5* recipe.

Nutella ™ Cheesecake

Follow suggestions in the reviews to omit sugar, add an egg, and bake 30 min. I also added some Hazelnut Liqueur syrup which added some extra flavor without the excessive sweetness.

Brandied Shrimp with Pasta

Made exactly as written and this is excellent. Be sure to prep everything before you start cooking. Also let the brandy evaporate a little before you light it or you will have huge flames shooting out of the pan!

Texas Sheet Cake

If you do an Allrecipes search for the most popular Texas Sheet Cake recipes, the top two that come up are pretty much duplicates of this one EXCEPT they both have eggs. Leads me to believe that the eggs were accidentally omitted from this recipe.

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Very good recipe...I added frozen mixed vegetables to the rice the last few minutes it was steaming and topped with french fried onions the last 10 min. Only had 1 can of chicken & herbs and 1 cream of celery so I used those and omitted the celery salt. Figured with all the salty soup, it didn't need any more. I had cooked extra rice so didn't measure it, just added enough to soak up some of the extra soup. Served with ground red pepper. Will make again.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

I didn't read the reviews until I had mixed the milk and eggs, so I added some flour and and extra egg in an attempt to thicken it. Even so, I had to bake an extra 15 min or so. I also used a deep dish pie plate, otherwise it never would have fit. Otherwise a good flavored quiche.

Easy OREO Truffles

These are awesome! I did one batch with regular Oreos dipped in melted white chocolate, and another with crushed Nutter Butter dipped in dark chocolate. Both are amazing. Form into balls and place in freezer for 1/2 hr. and they are solid enough to poke with a toothpick & dip in chocolate.

Brunch Omelet Torte

I fried the potatoes/onions the night before. Also browned sausage because my new pkg. of ham didn't smell right. Was good flavor with the sausage, but I will use more spices next time. Made in springform pan assembling everything in the morning. I would caution that once the puff pastry is thawed, if it gets too warm it's very hard to unfold. Presentation was awesome and everybody loved it.
