Old Fashioned Potato Salad
I used a 3lb bag of baby white potatoes. Quartered and then boiled them. By the time I peeled the skins off, they were cool. I used 1/2 cup celery, a full 1/4 cup chopped red onion. I didn't use celery salt. I used two big heaping serving spoons of Hellmans Mayo (the best), a big tablespoon of relish, a double sqirt of Grey Poupon, salt and pepper. Oh and I only used two hard boiled eggs. Delish. Everyone loved it. Nothing like a good homemade potato salad. Good recipe to follow. Thanks.

Linguine with Peppers and Sausage
I used 1lb of sweet italian sausage links. I friend on both sides and then cut into rings. I then added a very large green pepper and vidalia onion. Sauteed with a little garlic salt (did not have fresh), italian seasoning, basil, salt and pepper. Added some white wine (1/2c) simmered awhile and then added 1 can of italian style stewed tomatoes. Serve over Rigatoni. This is a staple in my house and there is never any left over's

Pepper Steak and Rice
Very Very Good. I purchased beef stir fry and marinated it in Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, Garlic Salt and a splash of red wine. I sauted a bag of frozen Pepper Stir Fry in olive oil and then added the meat. The gravy was delish with a little doctoring. I also added some red pepper flakes and I used Adobo instead of season salt with an extra splash of Soy. My husband gave it two thumbs up. Was really good but there were no left overs at all. Only fed 2. Oh well. My meat came out a little tough but I would definately make again. My friend said to buy rib eye and slice it. Any suggestions with meat?
