Jo's Rosemary Bread

Made as described except my husband put a 1/2 tsp of garlic in the mix also. This was good, not amazing. We liked it but I expected more rosemary flavor. Thank you.

Made the dough in the bread machine, took out and rested for 45 minutes, baked at 350 for 30 minutes in the oven. Looked and smelled amazing but it was a gift for a neighbor. The next one is all mine though:) Thanks.

Fabulous Fruit Salad

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine

This was really good and so easy it was kind of silly. I will be making this again. I put the cornmeal directly on a cookie sheet and let them rise there and then popped it into the oven. Loaves came off no problem. Thank you so much.

Veggie Chicken Rice Casserole

This was really good. A nice simple recipe for very basic fare. Made as written but I had no Ritz crackers so I used potato chips. Kid and husband friendly.

Tuna Noodle Casserole III

Really good. My husband said this was good old fashioned Tuna Casserole. I didn't layer per se because I'm lazy. I just mixed in Mexican blend cheese along with the other described ingredients. And put a light layer of the grated cheese under the bread crumbs on top. Very good.

Baked Onion Dip I

We loved this although we did make only enough for six people it was still amazing. I used the exact proportions for fewer people and cooked for 20 minutes. Even after that short a time there was a ton of oil. I just poured off as much as possible. Because of that I'm not sure I would make it again. Thanks.

Peasant Bread

I enjoyed this bread. Made as written. I did have to let the second rise go a little longer. My only challenge was the dough was quite sticky so I did add a little flour. Good taste and nice consistency. Thank you.

We really enjoyed this. I did follow a previous reviewer in making this as directed but taking out after the dough cycle and doing a few modifications including baking it in the oven. Turned out great.

Bacon Pie

Great recipe. I had no swiss so used cheddar. Also to bulk it up more I cut up a leftover hamburger (ground beef) and added it. Really quite tasty. You could put whatever tempts your palate in this.
