Peach Cobbler II
This was my first time making a cobbler and it was horrible for me. I waited to review until i made a successful cobber just to be sure that i wasnt cobbler-cursed (hopeless at making cobber). The flavor was really very wonderful but, like quite a few others, i had soggy peaches. It broke my heart to just toss all those peaches but they really were so nasty in all the liquid that there was no saving it...soggy peaches makes unicorns cry. I do not suggest to NOT try the recipe but i do think that if you have never made cobber before this is not a good recipe to start with. I have no suggestions on how to not get all that liquid in the cobbler like i did but others have said it was all dependent on the kind of peaches you use and i didnt think that my peaches were juicy! i will be willing to try this recipe again a little later and i hope that i will be able to change my review and rating.

Simply Lemon Baked Chicken
This recipe provided the perfect guide on how to cook a whole chicken. I added pepper and garlic and rosemary and olive oil and i really dont think you can go wrong as long as you season it according to your own tastes. I also added rice to the broth that was in the bottom of the dishafter it had cooked for a few hours (the last 30-ish mins before it was ready). I suggest any Nooblet cook to try this recipe and go crazy with the herbs you have on hand to make it taste wonderful :)

Pear Pie II
I read that it was supposed to have a custard texture but when i made it it was bread-ish in texture. I have no idea if i may have done something wrong, maybe baked too long. The Man-Thing thought the flavor was okay but the texture was just not what one would expect when biting into a pie. If i ever get more pears that i need to do something with i will try it again simply because it bugs me that something, although i dont know what, had to have been done wrong. If/when i do try again hopefully i can revise and give it 5 stars and figure out what NOT to do :)
