Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes
Delicious! I didn't have lemon or fresh tomato so I used balsamic vinegar and canned diced tomato. Topped it with seared sea scallops. Will definitely make this again!

Cabbage Roll Casserole
This was really good! Hearty, filling and easy to make. We are trying hard to be heart-healthy, so used 99% fat free ground turkey instead of beef. I also followed the suggestion of another reviewer and added the cabbage 40 minutes into cooking so it didn't get mushy.

Chicken Pot Pie Soup
This was terrific and SO easy!!! I made it exactly as stated, but threw the whole thig in the crock pot and let it simmer all day. Loved it!
