Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast
Absolutely delicious! My husband raves about it. I did take other reviewers' advice and used a 3 lb pork roast instead of beef. Makes plenty of delicious sauce! Served it with peas and mashed potatoes.

Broccoli Pie
This was delicious! Because we had a ton of fresh tomatoes from our garden, towards the end of baking I layered thin-sliced tomatoes on top and then some parmesan cheese. Will definitely make it again with or without the tomato!

Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes
Delicious! I didn't have lemon or fresh tomato so I used balsamic vinegar and canned diced tomato. Topped it with seared sea scallops. Will definitely make this again!
