Greek Chicken Pasta
I love this recipe. I agree that a pound of pasta is way too much. I probably used about 1/2 a pound. If you need to make a pound for a larger group, I would double the rest of the ingredients. Because the other reviewers talked about how dry this recipe can become, I added a small bit of pasta sauce-just enough to coat the noodles. My oldest son is not a pasta fan and he ate to plates full of this!
