Magnificent light, soft texture and crumb combined with a delectable buttery flavor.
Next time I make these I will add more sugar since I like my rolls to be a bit sweeter. I may also add lemon juice along with lemon or orange zest for a little extra zazz!
Note: I used white wheat flour (organic). One user mentioned that the potato flakes made the rolls salty, but I didn't have that issue and I used a brand called "Idahoan". I could find not a single brand of unsalted instant mashed potato flakes when I went to the market. Another interesting note: the texture and flavor of these rolls seemed to improve with cooling.
