Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie III
I ended up adding about twice the amount of peanut butter, and that seemed to do the trick. It was fairly, rich, and sweet enough for my taste. No, it isn't pretty, but maybe melting some of the chocolate chips to drizzle on top would help.

Apple Muffins
My 3 year old and I had a lot of fun making these. She loves them, and so do I. They are very tasty, and make a wonderful morning snack for my daughter. I did add a little brown sugar to the batter to give it a little extra sweetness, and they turned out beautifully.
