Delicious, easy and no extra shopping required! We didn't have any fresh basil, so I substituted for dried basil. Other than that, we mixed up the ingredients in a 9 x 13 Pyrex pan, skewered the shrimp, basted each skewer, put some cling wrap over the pan, popped it in the fridge for 4 hours, then grilled. It was outstanding! Plus, only one pan to clean up. Thank you for a new family favorite!
