Simple Swiss Chard
Excellent recipe! Balsamic vinegar is a great alternative to plain vinegar and greens. This recipe is great as is. I added some fresh bacon bits as accompaniment.

Corned Beef Waffles
I was searching for recipes for corned beef when I found this one, this was really tasty and different. I used corned beef brisket leftovers instead of canned. Will try again.
