Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
Too sweet, but the flavor was amazing. I will add a cup less of sugar next time. It was yummy!

Candy Apple Jelly
This was a good starter, but WAY too sweet. I used the no sugar pectin, and took off a cup of the sugar, and it was way better. I see making Christmas gifts in my future.
