Sugar Coated Pecans
Added vanilla to egg white and doubled the cinnamon. I was told that they were better than any other commercial nuts tasted. They are AWESOME.

Tim's Green Bean Casserole Extraordinaire
I agree that it's a little bland, as is. I add a package of onion soup mix to my sour cream. I cut the sour cream a little and increased the swiss cheese. I also use french onions instead of the cornflakes.

Cottage Cheese Salad
I just made this the first time and it is delicious. So healthy and simple to make. I made it exactly as the recipe called for.
