The thing I love to make once or twice a month is Tomato Pasta Sauce from Fresh Tomatoes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Easter is always Ham, Mashed Potatoes and corn. Thanksgiving is always Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Bean Casserole. Christmas is always Prime Rib, Mashed Potatoes and Peas or Corn. There are lots of other little things served with the meals but, those are the main featured items of our Holiday Meals.

Wedding Cakes. I make all kinds of Wedding Cakes. It is soooo much work but they are so beautiful. It is also a side business for me...
My cooking tragedies
I seem to always forget that I have Corned Beef cooking on the stove and more than twice I have completely burned the meal. I'm taling Smoke Alarm burned the meal.... LOL....
