Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
I added nutmeg and made them a bit bigger so had to cook an addtional 5-7 minutes, but they were delicious! And super easy!!

Chicken Marsala
This was delicious (and ridiculously easy)! Everyone loved it. One notoriously finicky eater praised it repeatedly. One guest likened it to the Chicken Marsala at his favorite New Orleans restaurant. I served it with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
