Apple Pecan Cobbler
Took this to a barbaque and everyone loved it! The only change I made was instead of pecan topping, I used a pie crumb topping (1 cup flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup diced butter) and it turned out so yummy! Add a scoop of vanilla icecream and its pure bliss!

Ranch Burgers
My husband absolutely loved these burgers and asked that I make them for his parents! I found them a bit meatloafy, but that's probably only because one of the reviews suggested it. Delicious! A keeper in our family!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I used this recipe the first time I ever made homemade meatballs. It is easy to follow and the results are amazing. I followed others' recommendations and used 2 eggs instead of 1 and the meatballs are moist and stick together really well. I also baked the meatballs in the oven for 10 minutes before placing them in the sauce, which works great. Very yummy recipe. I use it everytime my husband is craving his spaghettie and meatballs and he loves it, as do I!
