Fabulous! Our neighbor gave us fresh rock cod caught off the SoCal coast and I made these fish tacos. The 'white sauce' is essential. We love the spiciness. Also, I bought fresh pico de gallo at Whole Foods market and served it all in soft tacos...no need to fry the tortillas.

Grandmother's Famous Cranberry Bread

I agree with some of the other reviewers on this...cooked on the outside, not done on the inside even tho' a toothpick came out clean. And it fell apart. There was too much stuff...maybe only a cup each of raisins and cranberries would work. I was very disappointed.

Cherry Poppyseed Twinks

I loved these! Easy and fun to make. I made them for a cookie exchange and was sure to keep a bunch for myself. I accidently doubled the poppyseeds and still they were delicious.

Spicy Chicken Curry

Maybe I did something wrong...but between the ingredients saying poppyseeds and the recipe saying poppyseed paste...and saying cook until 'well boiled'?! This wasn't spicy and my husband said, "Don't bother making this again."

Curry Pumpkin Soup

I brought this dish to a company Halloween party and numerous people asked for the recipe! Very easy and tasty! I used chicken broth and heavy cream...then added a splash of champagne at the end 'cause it was quite thick.

Cranberry Pork Roast

This was so easy. I love that it doesn't need to be browned first before putting in the crockpot. Who wants to brown meat in the morning?! My husband and I really liked this. I used orange juice instead of cranberry juice otherwise I followed the recipe.
