Banana Pancakes I
these were good pancakes. They were hard to flip and were mushy inside. So I microwaved them later to cook them through. The banana flavor is great and you dont even need syrup with it. I used whole wheat flour and brown sugar, and sprinkled frozen blueberries on a couple of them when they were in the pan. The ones with blueberries tasted better.
