Peach Cobbler II
EXCELLENT COBBLER! I believe that cobblers should have some thickened liquid in them, and this one is perfect. As recommended, I did reduce the sugar mixed with peaches to 1 cup. I used one standard bag of frozen peaches, which I did not thaw, and I added 5 minutes to the cooking time. This fit perfectly in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
I am vegan, so I used vanilla soymilk (SILK) and Earth Balance margarine (for butter and for shortening).
