Crab and Swiss Quiche
Wow...what a dish. This was fabulous. I, like other users, used 3 eggs, fat free mayo (SmartBeat, not Miracle Whip) and also added sauteed green peppers, onions, and garlic. I crumbed up 3 strips of bacon and then seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and a little cayanne pepper. I baked it for a little under 50 minutes and it came out amazing. The insides stay super moist and gooey. For my first time making a quiche, I was quite impressed with the flavors. Yum!

Robin's Quinoa with Mushrooms and Spinach
I was excited to make this because I love everything in the recipe, but I found this very bland. I even used three different types of mushrooms, but I found it needed garlic or cheese or soemthing to enhance the flavors. Good idea and good ingredients, but it needs...something!

Quinoa and Black Beans
WOW!! If I could give it more stars I would! It was amazing!!! I used 2 bouillon cubes instead of canned broth and scallions because I didn't have cilantro. WOW!! SOOO good! I added a little leftover chopped zucchini and chicken and it was AMAZING!!! Can not wait to make again!!
