Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken
I thought this was pretty good to begin with, although it seemed like it was missing "something." I've been eating it as leftovers with a dish of plain yogurt on the side. From the second day on, the flavors had a chance to blend.

South Indian Chickpea Salad
Very tasty, but must be eaten at once. Not good as leftovers!

Berry Sour Cream Cake
I thought this recipe was outstanding. Delicious, and it held up for several days after baking. Yum!
