SO EASY AND SOOO GOOD! EVERYONE LOVES THIS!!! I didn’t want to turn on the beater so with the recipe (kid asleep) so I actually mixed in about half a tub of cool whip vs the whipping cream for step 2 and it tasted about the same and makes it a little less calories (: But use whipping cream at least for first step). And I used dark chocolate chips but regular are just as good! Also I have made in mini cheesecake pan with oreos as the crust and those are great too! Top with whipping cream and chocolate sprinkles!

This is the best bread ever! I make it healthier by relacing half of the oil with applesauce and half of the flour with whole wheat flour!

I am not sure why these muffins tasted very very - I followed the recipe to the tee but added a bit of cinnamon. I think they tasted like they had too much baking powder or soda in them which I would reduce if I was to try this recipe again.
