Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This is a very good base recipe, though I made a lot of alterations. First off, I seared all sides of the roast in garlic, olive oil, and black pepper. I also cut slits in the roast and placed a few cloves of garlic in there. I omitted the onion soup mix, but I added real mushrooms in addition to the mushroom soup, and some baby carrots towards the end. I also added a few ounces of red wine.

Eggplant and Tomato Bake
This was very very good, although I added some more spice than was recommended. I also doubled the amount of tomato sauce and halved the yogurt, which I think I will leave out entirely next time. Very weight watchers friendly, too.

Baked Chicken and Brie
I enjoyed this. I am not sure why people said the chicken came out dry. I thought it was quite tasty, though I think I will try a sweet wine next time, as I used a wheat and fruit based beer on this run.
