Corn Dogs
Followed the recipe to the "T" Except I used polish sausage instead of dogs. Off the hook. Great recipe. I gave it 4 stars cause it was a polish corn dog not a prime rib. Definatly as good if not better than carnival fare. Easy to prepare and I will make them again. Thank You

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I cut the root end off a head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast in a 320 degree oven for a half hour. Then I squeeze the garlic out of the husks mash good with a fork and add to potatoes with butter salt and pepper and sour cream. That is all you need to know about potatoes. No Sugar

Lemon Thyme Rice
I love this dish with fish. It is light not overpowering. Sometimes I use fresh sprigs of thyme. Yum
