Kickin' Collard Greens

Double the bacon, added brown sugar (1T), a little bit of apple cider vinegar and a fair amount of red pepper flakes. I didn't expect to like these but yum!

Excellent! Used 1 cup parmesean,2 cups cheddar b/c that's what I had and it was fantastic. Next time I'll try adding tomato and nutmeg as others have suggested.
